This family-owned Venture/Adventure has one goal in mind, giving our customers the power to Go The Extra Mile and be a part of one of the most exciting outdoor activities out there!   An ambitious husband and wife team with a vision.  Chris, with over 20 years of dedicated experience in the two-wheel powersports industry, was instantly a fan and reeling at the possibilities.  Jill, like many others, was stuck on the question “What makes ebikes so different from a regular bicycle?”  Luckily, this was answered quickly on her first ride that took her down the local bike trail, over a steep bridge, tearing through the sand at the beach, and all the way back.  A trip she had never even considered attempting on a regular bicycle.  We knew ebikes were the future, however we immediately recognized an enormous void in the industry.  

Getting bikes was tough in itself, but getting parts and accessories was nearly impossible.  We set out to fix this problem and the dream began.  High Voltage Ebikes will make a name for itself by standing behind its products, but also for having replacement parts, upgrades, and add-ons in stock and on hand in the USA.  Other companies offer warranties, but when it comes time to use them, they need weeks to get back to you and months to get you parts that are being stocked overseas.  This is unacceptable on so many levels.  We will have email support, an informative blog, and wait for it….. A phone that an actual human will answer!  Setting the bar higher with quality products and reliable customer support is this company’s driving force to succeed, that and a powerful electric motor of course.
